1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Codeyst, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
2. Use License
Codeyst grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You retain full ownership of any code or content you create using our platform. The generated code is yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to generate harmful, malicious, or infringing content. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service in any way.
4. AI-Generated Content
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated code may contain errors or bugs. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before deploying it to production environments. Codeyst is not liable for any issues arising from the use of generated code.
5. Subscription & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Free users receive a one-time credit allocation at signup. Paid plan credits reset monthly based on your subscription cycle. Additional credits can be purchased at any time. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. All sales are final and subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but unused portions are not refunded.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will notify users of planned downtime when possible through email or in-app notifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Codeyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the total amount you have actually paid to us for the service. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may download your projects before account closure.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
